a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration,
and a certification as a Senior
Human Resource Professional along with obtaining
my certification in coaching
from CouchU, I have the desire and aptitude
to concentrate on your needs.
I am an active board member of the Denver Coaching Federation and a member of the International Coaching Federation. I am also a member of Coachville.com which is a training portal created by the founder of Coach University, Thomas Leonard. It is the leading technology training related to coaching and delivers excellent advice and marketing techniques. As a past board member of Colorado Human Resources Association, I have been very active in the community working with School to Career Programs and Educational Opportunities for the disadvantaged.
I have successfully completed group training and
coaching sessions in the areas of team building, career transitions, effective
interviewing, performance management, running effective meetings, respect at work,
communications, mergers & acquisitions to name a few. I am open to
facilitating these programs and more for your work groups.
I love living in Colorado with my husband and my
cat. We love to sail, ski, hike, bike, golf and just enjoy the sunshine. We are
originally from Michigan and have also lived in Pennsylvania, but moved here in
1982 without any jobs and have never regretted our risky adventure.
